8php Casino Player Agreement

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all related 8php Casino policies:

• "8php" / "8php Casino" / "the Platform" refers to the online gambling platform operated at 8php.cam, including all associated services, games, cashier functions, customer support, and promotional activities.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who creates an account with 8php Casino, accesses any part of the platform, or participates in any game or promotion offered by 8php.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by an individual on the 8php platform, which holds the player's balance, transaction history, bonus credits, and personal details.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held in a player's 8php account denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP), excluding non-withdrawable bonus credits unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Credits" refers to promotional funds, free spins, or other incentive values credited to a player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal of associated winnings can be requested.
• "GCash" / "Maya" / "GrabPay" and similar terms refer to Philippine electronic money and mobile payment services that 8php accepts as deposit and withdrawal channels.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that regulates gaming activities in the Philippines.

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to real-money gaming at 8php Casino is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, consistent with the age of majority for gambling activities in the Philippines as recognized under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulatory guidelines. By creating an account, you declare and warrant that you are 21 years old or above at the time of registration.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. 8php Casino is operated with the primary target audience of Filipino players based in the Philippines. It is the responsibility of each player to determine whether accessing online gambling services is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. 8php Casino does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account with 8php Casino. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 8php reserves the right to close the additional accounts, consolidate or forfeit balances, and restrict the player from future registration.

2.4 Registration Information. Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during account registration, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information required during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

2.5 Account Verification. 8php Casino may, at any time and at its sole discretion, request identity verification documents from a player. This may include a government-issued photo identification card, proof of address, or documentation verifying ownership of a payment method such as a GCash-registered mobile number. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

2.6 Corporate and Promotional Restriction. Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of employees of 8php Casino and any affiliated entity are not permitted to maintain player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the platform.

3.1 Credential Confidentiality. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8php account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 8php will never contact you by SMS, email, or any other channel to request your password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify 8php Casino immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. You may do so via the 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected]. 8php will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access that result from your failure to maintain credential security, subject to applicable consumer protection law.

3.3 Account Non-Transferability. Your 8php account is personal to you. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person. Any winnings, balances, or bonus credits in your account are non-transferable to third parties except through a legitimate withdrawal to a payment method registered in your own name.

3.4 Device and Session Security. Players are responsible for ensuring that their devices are adequately protected against unauthorized access. 8php recommends using strong, unique passwords and enabling two-factor authentication (available in account settings). Do not access your 8php account from shared, public, or unsecured Wi-Fi networks unless using a trusted virtual private network.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 8php Casino accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time; the current list is displayed in the 8php cashier at all times.

4.2 Currency. All deposits, withdrawals, game bets, and winnings on 8php Casino are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied. The balance displayed in your 8php account represents PHP amounts.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits. A minimum deposit of ₱100 applies per transaction. A minimum withdrawal of ₱200 applies per request. Maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts per transaction or per day may be set by 8php Casino and displayed in the cashier. These limits may vary by payment method.

4.4 Deposit Processing. GCash and Maya deposits are processed instantly and credited to your 8php balance upon confirmation of the e-wallet transaction. Bank deposits via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically credited within thirty (30) to ninety (90) minutes during normal banking hours. 8php is not responsible for delays caused by your payment service provider or banking institution.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing. 8php Casino processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within five (5) minutes of request approval. Bank transfers are processed within two (2) hours during standard banking windows. Processing times may extend during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or when identity verification is pending.

4.6 Payment Method Matching. Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods registered in your own name and previously used for deposits into your 8php account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for account suspension pending investigation.

4.7 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance. 8php Casino is committed to full compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Large or unusual transactions may be subject to additional verification. 8php reserves the right to delay, refuse, or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal activity.

5.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotions offered by 8php Casino are available to eligible registered players who meet the specific criteria stated in each promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to players with verified Philippine accounts who have made at least one qualifying deposit.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. All 8php Casino bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, contribution percentages, and time limits applicable to each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms. General guidelines are as follows:

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period, typically between seven (7) and thirty (30) days from bonus activation.
• Live table games, sports bets, and sabong wagers may contribute less than 100% to wagering requirements — the exact contribution rate is disclosed per promotion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. 8php Casino actively monitors for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to exploit wagering requirements, low-risk bet hedging strategies used primarily to clear wagering requirements, and collusion between players. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided, associated winnings forfeited, and account suspended or permanently closed.

5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless specifically stated otherwise in a promotion's terms, players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Depositing while a bonus is active does not automatically activate a new bonus — the active bonus must be fully played through or explicitly forfeited in account settings before a new one is claimed.

6.1 Game Availability. 8php Casino makes no guarantee as to the continuous, uninterrupted availability of any specific game, table, or sports market. Games may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, technical reasons, or at the request of the game provider. 8php will not be liable for any losses arising from game unavailability.

6.2 Game Rules. Each game available on 8php Casino is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface prior to play. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any real-money wager. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable game rules.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits. Each game on 8php Casino carries minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface. These limits vary by game, table variant, and whether a player holds VIP status. 8php reserves the right to amend bet limits at any time with or without prior notice.

6.4 Malfunction Voids All Bets. Where a malfunction results in an erroneously displayed win, that win is void and not payable.

6.5 Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on 8php Casino are subject to the specific terms of the 8php sportsbook, including settlement rules, void bet criteria, and in-play betting restrictions. 8php reserves the right to limit, suspend, or void sports bets where it has reason to believe that market integrity has been compromised.

6.6 Internet Connectivity. Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection when playing. Bets already submitted and accepted by the 8php server are treated as final regardless of any subsequent disconnection on the player's side.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8php Casino platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following may face immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Underage gambling: Accessing the platform while under 21 years of age or facilitating access by anyone under 21.
• Identity fraud: Providing false identity information during registration, verification, or any subsequent interaction with 8php Casino.
• Multiple accounts: Operating more than one registered account simultaneously or sequentially to circumvent limits, claim duplicate bonuses, or obscure player identity.

• Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate deposits through your payment provider after playing with the deposited funds on 8php. Such actions constitute fraud and will be pursued accordingly.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, game malfunctions, or pricing errors to generate artificial winnings. All winnings obtained through such exploitation are void.

8.1 Player Commitment. 8php Casino is committed to promoting responsible gambling and ensuring that gaming on the platform remains a form of entertainment. Players are encouraged to gamble only with funds they can afford to lose and to set clear personal limits before beginning any gaming session.

8.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 8php account holders in the account settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit into your 8php account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session after which you will be prompted to stop and notified of time elapsed.

9.1 Platform Availability. 8php Casino provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 8php makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability, it does not warrant that access to the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical disruptions. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable.

9.2 Exclusion of Indirect Damages. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 8php Casino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of business opportunity, or emotional distress.

9.3 Third-Party Game Providers. Games available on 8php Casino are provided by third-party game studios. While 8php works exclusively with certified providers, it does not accept liability for errors, defects, or omissions in third-party game software beyond what is recoverable through the provider's own warranties to 8php. Reported game malfunctions will be investigated in accordance with the relevant provider's protocols.

9.4 Aggregate Liability Cap. Where liability cannot be entirely excluded under applicable law, 8php Casino's aggregate liability to any individual player for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the claim.

10.1 Ownership. All content on the 8php Casino platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, interface design, game artwork displayed in the lobby, written content, promotional materials, and software — is either owned by or licensed to 8php Casino and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

10.2 Restricted Use. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 8php platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to: reproducing, modifying, distributing, or publicly displaying any content from the 8php platform; creating derivative works; scraping or data-mining; or reverse-engineering any part of the platform's software.

10.3 Player-Generated Content. Any feedback, suggestions, or communications submitted by players to 8php Casino may be used by 8php for platform improvement purposes without compensation or obligation to the submitting player.

11.1 Right to Amend. 8php Casino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered players via a notification in the platform interface, by email to the address registered on the account, or by SMS to the registered mobile number — or a combination of these methods — at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by regulatory directive.

11.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the 8php platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and request account closure and balance withdrawal before the amended Terms take effect.

11.3 Supersession. These Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time, supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings between you and 8php Casino with respect to your use of the platform.

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The platform is operated in a manner consistent with applicable PAGCOR regulatory guidelines governing online gaming services accessible to Filipino residents.

12.2 Dispute Resolution — First Step. In the event of a dispute, complaint, or claim arising from your use of 8php Casino, you are required to contact the 8php support team in the first instance via live chat or by email at [email protected]. 8php Casino will endeavour to resolve all player complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. Complex complaints may require additional time; an acknowledgment and timeline will be provided within 48 hours.

12.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with 8php Casino support, players may escalate the matter through applicable consumer protection bodies or regulatory channels available to them under Philippine law.

12.4 Limitation Period. Any claim by a player against 8php Casino must be filed within six (6) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted outside this limitation period will not be considered.

12.5 Language. These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In any dispute or legal proceeding, the English-language version of these Terms shall be the controlling version regardless of any translation provided for convenience.
